Each year, Disney’s Global HR team aims to refresh the look & feel and messaging of all of its Annual Enrollment and Benefits materials that are made available to domestic and international employees of the Walt Disney family of companies. I oversaw the production of custom videos, online content, print signage, and mailers for four years, working closely with the HR team and their benefits provider partners. Each season featured the dynamic creative and use of intellectual property one would expect from such a storied studio, and it resulted in improved employee engagement year after year.
