Every year, Disney’s Global HR department aims to refresh the theme, messaging, and brand guidelines of Annual Enrollment and Total Rewards benefits materials that are distributed to all domestic and international employees of the Walt Disney family of companies.

I oversaw the creative development, production, and delivery of custom videos, educational content, print signage, and direct mail communications, working closely with Disney HR leadership and their benefits provider partners for over five years.


Each season featured the dynamic creative and memorable use of intellectual property one would expect from such a storied institution, and it resulted in improved employee engagement year after year.
